Vanda Pharamceuticals upgraded


Jeffries touted VNDA today, with a target of 22.

Yesterday $200 million went to VNDA from Novartis for commercialization rights to Fanapt (TM), VNDA's schizophrenia drug.

It should get a tradeable rally here.
