A US bankruptcy judge asked WaMu to provide a list of equity holders.
We know JPM raped WaMu.
And WaMu's bankrupt holding company is suing JPM over the rape.
And WaMu's lawyers want to interview the regulators of the FDIC, the SEC, the Fed, Hank Paulson, the rating agencies etc....etc...to find out where the bodies are buried, and who was complicit in this fraud.
So JPM will need to cough up some cash to make this go away.
Does that mean that Lehman creditors may have a shot also?
