Says we are still in a secular bear market, but that at the lows in March, he "was agnostic!" and he wanted to turn bullish and ride in like the "Marlboro M an" but the market got too high when he was hired.
Does anybody really buy that? With all his bearish rants?
First he said he played the Devil's Advocate in April, which was his nuance of bullishness. Now he says he turned bullish in March!
