DOE suspends 9 year old, because he had a "toy machine gun"

The principal, Evelyn Matrroianni, checked with the DOE to see what she should do.

The principal has guidelines and can determine if the weapon is realistic looking enough before considering a suspension.
Our folks in Government said no further action would be necessary after the toy was confiscated.

They held a conference with the teacher, the child and his parents and the parents wanted to know why the police weren't called if it was such a threat!

I wonder what the TSA would do, if the kid had this in his pocket!
