Emergency unemployment claims--it doesn't exist!

Or so says Steve Liesman--even though 600,000 people were on the doll the last two weeks!! Only 4.2 million on Emergency Unemployment--yet Liesman didn't know about it--"The numbers aren't what you say it is....first of all Rick..there is no emergency program..." Oh well!!!
