$1,000 down buys you a house

Since 25% of Americans now have a FICO score under 600---lower the down payment requirement for the masses!

The pilot program is called “Affordable Advantage,” and it has now been adopted by three states — Massachusetts, Wisconsin and Idaho. (Other states, such as Pennsylvania, California and Colorado, have similar state programs.)

In Tom Brady country, you have 168 lenders that are making these $1,000 down loans already.

They should charge $1,000 for homes so everyone gets one and we'll never have to worry about housing crash anymore.
