The latest Obama email

My Mom called me this afternoon warning me about the latest Obama email--and warning me not to publish it--just in case I got it. She said, (and she's a right wing conservative, but a bible thumper first) it's terrible--they didn't read the rest of the Psalms. 

I told her I never got it. Send me your's. So she did. And here is the version she got:

We were in Pigeon Forge over the week end.  On Sunday, we left to come home.  Traffic was moving slowly, and a car in front of us had an Obama bumper sticker on it.  It read:  "Pray for Obama.  Psalm 109:8". 

 

Mike's Bible was lying on the dash board.  He got it, opened it up to the scripture, and read it.  He started laughing and laughing.  Then he read it to me.  I couldn't believe what it said.  I had a good laugh, too.

Psalm 109:8

Let his days be few; Let another take his office

Notice the bible on the dashboard?  Now this morning, I got a phone call  from someone asking me--"Where does it say to pray for our leaders?" And I said, "Romans 13:1-2." I was wondering how that came up. So now I know.

But did anyone read Psalms 109:9-10?

9	Let his children be fatherless,          and his wife a widow.
10	Let his children be continually vagabonds, and beg:          let them seek their bread also out of their desolate places.

Now just to make sure, I'm not on the President's hit list, I'll put up a picture, on behalf of all those who thought it was funny--and didn't read the next two verses.
