The morning tag team

Goldman upgrades tech (although downgrades IBM on valuation but ups target to 120, but offsets that with the price bump on Dell to 17 from 14), while Barclays Capital "Before the Bell" also had an interesting snippet on tech, while touting NTAP. (which Cramer also did the other day)

Japan Consumer Electronics (Neu) E Lee – LCD Outlook – Taiwanese June shipments +12.4% m/m, industry +2.5%’ LCD glass makers unable to expand capacity fast enough to ease component shortage, tv prices trending up; checks suggest Chinese set makers may reduce panel orders given high prices and invties could stabilize in Sept; industry capex to trend up from 2H.
