For the week ended March 6, 2009, the aggregate Ethisphere TARP Index is down $20.7 billion for a total loss of $123 billion to date, out of the original investment principal of $306.1 billion (now including all companies receiving TARP funding, not just capital purchase). To date, each taxpaying household has lost $1,082 of its investment.
