Here's a picture of the dome of the Emirates Palace Hotel in Abu Dhabi, where OPEC had it's latest meeting, and decided to hold oil production at current levels. Abu Dhabi, is spending money as quickly as Dubai, and oil prices, are just consolidating at these levels before the next move up.
