According to Steve Liesman of CNBC, the Fed says it is now considering alternative sources and tools for liquidity. Did they discuss this in the FOMC meeting?
Amateur hour! If they cut 50 basis points, they wouldn't have to nudge, wink and nuance the markets.
But I'll take the crumb from the loaf of bread.
