Sears spent $900 million buying back 6.7 million shares at an average price of $131.72 for the quarter. So you get it $30 cheaper than what Eddie Lambert did the buyback.
I'll take the other side of the trade. I'd say the homebuilders are at the bottom. 900,000 families are now renting that were homeowners. That doesn't count the sub-prime owners that have slipped through the cracks.
My friend and I were recently talking about how technology has become so integrated in our day to day lives. Reading this post makes me think back to that discussion we had, and just how inseparable from electronics we have all become.
I don't mean this in a bad way, of course! Ethical concerns aside... I just hope that as technology further advances, the possibility of uploading our brains onto a digital medium becomes a true reality. It's one of the things I really wish I could experience in my lifetime.

They weren't homeowners. They didn't "own" anything. They merely borrowed it with no money down.
