I don't recall

Barry Bonds gets indicted for perjury and obstruction of justice for saying "I don't recall" when asked about steroids while the ex-attorney general of the US, Alberto Gonzalez, when asked why the US attorneys were fired, answered 64 times that he had no recollection, memory or recall in front of the Senate Judiciary hearing.

I was going to relate this to the stock market, but now I can't recall my point.
