I hope someone does a story on the board room connections between AT&T and EchoStar. Sometimes, the stories can show interesting personal connections, and perhaps raise some interesting questions. For example, the NewsVisual article on Glaxo’s bid for Reliant http://www.newsvisual.com/newsvisual/2007/11/did-board-membe.html shows what could be the real business side of this story, which involves board room connections.
