SEC issues new short selling rules
You knew this was going to happen! It applies to ALL public companies! As advertised here last night!
The change takes place THURSDAY-tomorrow. Prepare for this NOW! Three day delivery on short sales will now be enforced.
Last time this was announced, the market shrugged it off that day. The next day, things ramped. I think those short will start the scramble now.
It almost makes you think that we'll see surprise short selling restrictions on the market tomorrow.
