Buffett bless Korea's market

Warren Buffett said that "My impression is that the Korean market is modestly cheaper than other markets in the world. I think the Korean market would do better for the next 10 years" and that their valuation "are no higher and probably somewhat less" than US stocks.

Buffet owns a chunk of steelmaker POSCO (PKS 171.90).
