"Brown's" pension

Last week, GM set up a trust for health care benefits and the stock romped. Last night UPS (75.10) signed a five year agreement with the Teamsters, to allow them to withdraw from the Central States Pension Fund that covers trucking employeees. In the long run, this will be a net positive for UPS, and will help them get their costs in line. The stock goes up on this news, just like GM did.
