Who is now going to step in and take out the NY Times (NYT 16.74)? I touted this at $14.66, but this is another cheap media play . Now that MSFT has blessed Murduch's knockout bid strategy, it's time for somebody to put the Times shareholders out of their misery with a knockout bid! Here's the story:

Maybe some of the shorts in this market will realize that there is value in these stocks, and not just electronic pieces of paper that are swapped between hedge funds!
