Take a look at the Templeton Russia and Eastern Europe ETF (TRF 23.31). With all this money pumping, the lower prices envisioned for oil, ain't going to happen.
And Russia, and Eastern Europe can bounce.
It looks like the only depression the world will now see, is Tropical Depression Omar out in the Pacific!
