Arizona immigration law busted

  1. The law was not busted.

The judghe did a political agenda ruling by attempting to use twisted logic to overturn the parts of the law she/white house didn't like.

Problem is what she overturned IS federal immigration laws and rules. She tried to say what was appropriate for the feds is not appropriate for the state.

AZ simply copied federal laws and made themselves authorities to enforce them.

Expect her ruling to be overturned at the appeals level. It won't even make it to scotus. And if it did, scotus has been consistent on states rights.

Pure political posturing. Makes courts suspect about fairness when they can pull a stunt like disallowing laws for states already on the books for the feds.
