Hey Palmoni, I was wondering if you can give a quick comment on that Colombian mining co. I heard from someone that there is a PPM (Private Placement Memorandum) and that it is signficantly higher than the going current price. Also, it's almost the end of the year, you still think we'll hear something or are they still ironing out the details?
PPM is at 10; I think the details must be getting ironed out with some certainity, otherwise they wouldn't have the PPM.
I'd expect a filing on the news within a week of tomorrow--because it was extended to the end of the year, and that would be the deadline for them to report material news.
