What does cash for clunkers have to do with health care?

Ask car salesman Rob Bojaryn:

"If they can't administer a program like this, I'd be a little concerned about my health insurance."

So why then, would Wall Street sweat health care?

    Is there an example of any long term private public government program in the history of the United States that wasn't hugely profitable for the private side of the arrangement?
