Bullish on CAPEX? Deutsche Bank is!


Wait--what's going on? Deutsche Bank upgrades CAPEX, and then, even upgrades some shippers? Bullish on capesize rates? Re-emergence of Europe and Japan? I thought that wasn't supposed to happen!

Read it and weep you shipping, capex, and economy bears!

Wait--tell me again--We are at 1111 on the S&P 500. Now tell me the rally doesn't count.

Because it's on low volume!!
