The Fed will announce the results of it's Term Auction Facility at 10:00 am. The only question will be if they sold more than the $20 billion that was allotted.
This market is so oversold, that stock buyers will probably use the results as an excuse to buy stocks.
And if they just stick with the solar or the beaten down momentum names, they'll be OK.
